The most important material of Roasted Pita is comes from Rize and this roasting is brought personally from Rize on a daily basis. The taste of tasting is also due to the fact that this special roasting and other ingredients are organic.

Nizam Pide, who started the industry in our country and was always pleased with the customers for many years, entrusted the talented chefs to the roasted pitas. Our Black Sean masters perform this wonderful taste in our special design ovens that are heated with wood fire. Our pods are never cooked in automatic and electrically operated ovens. These ovens are the source of that delicious yogurt you will never find anywhere. We produce all our products in an organic and natural process, not only in the scorched woolen materials, but also in the woods we burn in the oven.

The ingredients used in the special paste of the melted butter added on top of it are first class and are purchased personally from the local producers. For many years our suppliers have been the same and this is the standard’s secret code.
